Lease Terms
Flexible 6 month and 12 month lease options available. Long term tenants may negotiate preferential rates.
Deposits
Standard 2 month security deposit required. Deposit is refundable at end of lease subject to unit condition.
Utilities
Service charge covers water, backup power, security, and cleaning. Electricity is metered separately per unit.
Move In Timeline
Most units are available for move in within 7–14 days of signed lease agreement and deposit clearance.
