Monthly rent covers your private office unit, access to all shared amenities. It also includes 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, backup generator power, and daily cleaning of all common areas. Electricity is metered separately per unit.

Yes. Mbandu Complex has on site parking available for all tenants. Visitor parking is also available within the compound. The parking lot is monitored by CCTV and security staff at all times.

Let us know your preferred date and time and the suite size you are interested in. Our team will confirm your viewing within one business day. Tours are available Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–2pm.

We offer flexible lease terms. Annual leases are also available and long-term tenants may be eligible for preferential rates. A standard two-month refundable security deposit is required at signing. Most units are available for move-in within 7 to 14 days of a signed lease agreement and cleared deposit.

Yes. Mbandu Complex has enterprise grade fibre optic internet throughout the building. However, wifi installment and payment is separate and specific to the available ISPs. The building also has a backup generator that ensures your internet and operations continue without interruption during power outages.
